Don’t miss the annual Spinningfields Duck Race, now in its 6th year on 3rd April 2015. Watch your racing duck meander down the Spinningfields section of the River Irwell, with entry costing £1. All proceeds being donated to the local children’s charity Brainwave. Starting from 11am to 4pm, it is a free activity to watch with lots of other fun happening too!
