    I did a little bit of exercise this morning and intend to add on 5 minutes each day until I am back to 45 minutes a day. Diet wise once all of the Christmas treats have gone (shouldn’t take long) I will go back to healthier eating.

    i will be starting my running again in the new year as i have found its the best way to lose weight and beat stress, i am trying to get my wife motivated as she needs to get fitter and healthier and if i win im sure this will be a great help for her

    Ive not waited till the new year – it was my birthday yesterday so I celebrated yesterday and im on it today ! Im trying gluten free for the next 2 weeks hoping that cutting the gluten will help me loose weight and gain energy at the same time.
