There are so many diets out there to either aid weight loss journeys or simply increase fitness levels. At this time of year, we are bombarded with new celebrity exercise DVD’s and products claiming to be the weight loss elixir. Surely everyone understands that there is never a quick fix though – a weight loss journey will always involve a change in how you think about food, not just what foods you have to stick to on the diet and it does take time and perseverance!

Sharon Morrow is not only a Personal Trainer at New Dimensions Fitness Studio in Northampton, but also a Health and Fitness coach offering solid advice to those who wish to transform their bodies and fitness levels. The New Dimensions website is a fount of knowledge, with Sharon offering some great fitness tips alongside her online coaching courses to help you get the best out of your time spent on transforming yourself.
