With the school half term upon us, the break may well be needed however it also helps to have some ideas in mind as to how you can keep everyone entertained.

There are so many fantastic family activities taking place in the North West over the February half term including:

Finding Dory Children’s Film Club

Head on down to Harvey Nichols in Manchester on Monday 20th February at 11am for a 11:30 showtime in the Second Floor Brasserie. Enjoy the film and then feast on Afternoon Tea afterwards, with a selection of Finding Dory related treats including: A selection of sandwiches, Shell macaroon (v), Octopus cupcake (v), Dory cheesecake and Under the Sea blueberry jelly. Tickets are £20 per adult and £12 per child and need to be booked in advance by calling the Second Floor Reception on 0161 828 8898.

Children Eat For Free At Cafe Football

Cafe Football Old Trafford is celebrating half term by offering free meals for children aged six and under and on non-match days. From 17th to the 26th February, children will be able to choose from any of the delicious meals served on Cafe Football’s kids menu including the tasty CF burger and its spaghetti and meatballs with tomato sauce topped with cheese.

Family Fun for all this February Half Term at Waterside Arts Centre

The Waterside Arts Centre in Sale are putting on lots of treats over the half term, with different activities each day. Join Cbeebies regular Patrick Lynch as he brings to life the madcap adventures and heroic tale of everybody’s favourite feline, Puss in Boots. Presented by Lyngo Theatre from February 14-16. Little people are also in for a treat on Friday 17th February, with Blunderbus Theatre Company’s delightful and brand new adaptation of the timeless tale of the Sorcerer’s Apprentice. Forensic Science in Action is suitable for ages 7-11 and runs on Monday 13th February, from 10am to 3pm.
