If you have never been to MOSI, where have you been? Manchester is a cultural smorgasburg, with great places to visit, especially with families.
Free to enter, you can also donate an optional £3 per person in the entrance hall, just to ensure the place keeps ticking over nicely. After the recent threat of closure, it is more important than ever to keep the MOSI legacy going!
My daughter and I made a recent trip to the museum, with a group of fellow bloggers. Somewhere I have not step foot since my school days many moons ago, I was taken right back to being a teenage again. Playing with all the experiments isn’t just for kids you know!
Forgetful Fireman Fred and his little sketch was the highlight of my daughter’s day, but mine was certainly the steam train ride. If you love nostalgia, MOSI is well worth a day out. There is so much to see, do and take part in and you will definitely come out stating ‘you learn something new every day!’
With the school summer holidays fast approaching, MOSI would make a great venue to spend time with your family and guarantee a fantastic day out. Hope on over to the MOSI site to see what events will be on over the summer!
